password hash or authentication information;
preferred language;
organization and workspace memberships;
user role and permissions;

images;
videos;
audio recordings;

documents;
captions and text;
prompts;
generated content;
project metadata;
editing timelines;

The Studio processes this information to provide the functions requested by you.
2.3 AI processing data
When you use AI-powered functions, the Studio may process:
prompts and instructions;
source media;
generated media;
editing instructions;
model parameters;
workflow metadata;
agent messages;
execution results and error information.
AI processing may occur on infrastructure operated by DAARION or, where a feature is explicitly configured to use one, through an external AI provider.
We do not claim ownership of your prompts or uploaded media merely because they are processed by the Studio.
Unless separately disclosed and agreed, user content is not intentionally used by DAARION to train general-purpose AI models.
Where an external AI provider is used, that provider may process submitted information under its own terms and privacy policy.
2.4 Connected social media accounts
If you connect a social platform, the Studio may process information made available through that platform's API, including:
account identifiers;
page, profile or channel information;
OAuth access or refresh tokens;
posts and drafts;
comments;
mentions;
direct messages where supported and authorized;
engagement data;
analytics and performance metrics.
The Studio accesses only information permitted by the authorization scopes granted by you and the connected platform.
You may revoke a social connection either through the Studio where supported or directly through the relevant social platform.
2.5 Authentication and integration credentials
The Studio may process:
OAuth tokens;
API keys;
integration credentials;
agent access tokens;
webhook configuration.
Sensitive integration credentials are intended to be stored using protected or encrypted credential storage rather than exposed directly in the user interface.
2.6 Technical information
For security, diagnostics and operation of the service, we may process:
IP address;
browser and device information;
request timestamps;
application logs;
authentication events;
API activity;
error information;
security events.
3. Why we process information
We process information where necessary to:
provide the Studio and requested functionality;
authenticate users;
maintain organizations and workspaces;
upload, store, edit and generate media;
execute AI workflows;
connect external services;
publish content;
retrieve authorized social media information;
provide analytics;
operate agents and API integrations;
protect accounts and infrastructure;
prevent unauthorized access or abuse;
diagnose failures;
maintain audit information where required for security and service operation;
comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we may rely on:
performance of a contract when processing is necessary to provide the Studio;
consent, particularly for optional integrations or permissions;
legitimate interests in operating, maintaining and securing the Studio;
compliance with legal obligations.
You may withdraw consent for optional processing where consent is the applicable legal basis.
Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.
5. AI-generated content
Artificial intelligence systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, unexpected or inappropriate results.
The Studio should be treated as a production and assistance tool, not as a source of guaranteed factual, legal, medical, financial or professional advice.
Users remain responsible for reviewing generated material before publication or other consequential use.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell users' personal data.
Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with:
infrastructure and hosting providers;
storage providers;
email or notification services;
security and monitoring services;
AI providers selected or enabled for a particular workflow;
connected social media platforms;
services explicitly connected by the user;
authorities where disclosure is legally required.
Where possible, only the information necessary for a particular function is transmitted.
7. Social media platforms
When you connect services such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube or another supported platform, your use of that platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and privacy rules.
Disconnecting an account from the Studio does not automatically delete information held independently by the social platform.
Likewise, deleting information from the Studio may not delete copies already published to an external platform.
8. Storage and security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect user information, including authentication, access controls and protected credential storage.
No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for protecting their own credentials and for immediately revoking compromised API keys, social connections or account credentials.
9. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for:
providing the service;
maintaining active projects and workspaces;
security;
backups;
audit and troubleshooting purposes;
compliance with legal requirements.
Different categories of data may have different retention periods.
Some operational logs and backup copies may remain for a limited period after deletion before being overwritten or removed through normal system maintenance.
Published content may remain on external platforms independently of the Studio.
10. Account deletion
Users may request or initiate deletion of their Studio account through available account settings.
Account deletion may be restricted where the user is the sole owner of an organization until ownership is transferred or that organization is removed.
Deleting an account removes or disassociates account information according to the Studio's current data model and retention requirements.
Deleting an account does not necessarily delete content owned by an organization or another workspace in which other authorized members remain.
11. Organization deletion
Where organization deletion provides a recovery or grace period, the organization and associated data may remain recoverable during that period.
After the applicable deletion period expires, organization data is scheduled for permanent removal, subject to technical backups, legal retention obligations and infrastructure limitations.
12. Requesting deletion or access
You may contact us to request:
confirmation whether we process your personal data;
access to your information;
correction of inaccurate information;
deletion of personal information;
restriction of certain processing;
information about applicable data transfers;
withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent.
Requests should be sent to:
info@daarion.city
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
13. Children
The Studio is not intended for children who are not legally able to enter into the applicable agreement or consent to the processing of their data.
Users responsible for organizations or teams must ensure that invited members are legally permitted to use the service.
14. International processing
Some external platforms, infrastructure services or AI providers may process information in countries other than the user's country.
Where applicable, such processing may be subject to the safeguards required by applicable data protection law.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Studio, applicable law or our data-processing practices change.
Material changes may be communicated through the Studio or by another reasonable method.
The current version and effective date will be displayed on this page.
