promptly reporting unauthorized access.

You may not transfer or sell access to an account without authorization from the Studio operator.

access organization-owned projects and media;
manage organization settings.

Users must not attempt to access information or functions for which they do not have permission.

4. User content

You retain your rights in content that you upload or create using the Studio, subject to the rights of other persons and third parties.

You grant the Studio operator a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, process, transform and transmit your content only to the extent necessary to operate the Service and perform actions requested by you.

This permission ends when the relevant content is deleted, except for temporary backups, legally required retention, or content already transmitted to external services.

5. Responsibility for uploaded content

You must have the necessary rights or permissions to upload and process content through the Studio.

You must not knowingly use the Service to violate:

copyright;
trademark rights;
privacy rights;
publicity or personality rights;
confidentiality obligations;
contractual obligations;
applicable law.

The operator does not obtain rights in third-party material merely because a user uploads it.

6. AI-generated and AI-assisted content

The Studio may use artificial intelligence systems.

AI results may contain:

factual errors;
visual defects;
misleading information;
unintended similarities;
inappropriate or unexpected content.

AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate, unique, lawful or suitable for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publication, commercial use or reliance.

7. Voice, face and likeness

If you upload or process a person's voice, image, face, likeness or other identifiable characteristics, you are responsible for having the legal right or necessary consent to do so.

You may not knowingly use the Studio to impersonate another person deceptively, commit fraud, mislead the public about a person's participation, or violate another person's rights.

8. Social media integrations

When connecting a social account, you authorize the Studio to perform actions permitted by the scopes granted through that platform.

Depending on the integration, those actions may include:

reading account information;
uploading media;
publishing content;
retrieving analytics;
retrieving comments, mentions or messages;
responding to platform activity.

You remain responsible for compliance with the rules and terms of each connected platform.

The Studio operator is not responsible for restrictions, suspensions, API changes, rate limits or account actions imposed by external platforms.

9. External services

The Studio may interact with third-party providers, including:

social networks;
infrastructure providers;
storage systems;
AI model providers;
email systems;
APIs;
external agents and applications.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms.

We cannot guarantee the continued availability, behavior or pricing of external services.

10. API keys and integrations

You are responsible for credentials, API keys and third-party accounts that you provide or connect.

You must not intentionally:

provide credentials you are not authorized to use;
expose another person's private credentials;
circumvent provider restrictions;
use stolen access tokens;
attempt unauthorized access to the Studio or connected systems.
11. Acceptable use

You may not use the Studio to:

perform unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
distribute malware;
steal credentials;
intentionally interfere with infrastructure;
conduct fraud;
violate applicable law;
infringe the rights of others;
publish unlawful content;
bypass technical access controls;
abuse platform APIs;
intentionally overload or disrupt the Service.

Reasonable experimentation, AI research and automated workflows are permitted where they remain authorized and lawful.

12. Automated agents

The Studio may allow software agents to perform actions on behalf of users or organizations.

The user or organization granting an agent access remains responsible for:

the permissions granted to that agent;
reviewing sensitive or irreversible actions;
safeguarding API credentials;
revoking access that is no longer necessary.

Agent actions may be limited by scopes, roles, approval rules or other controls implemented by the Studio.

13. Publication responsibility

The Studio may allow content to be scheduled or automatically published.

You are responsible for final decisions regarding:

what is published;
where it is published;
when it is published;
whether necessary permissions have been obtained.

Automated generation does not transfer editorial responsibility to the Studio operator.

14. Availability

We aim to maintain the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Studio may be temporarily unavailable because of:

maintenance;
software updates;
infrastructure failures;
third-party outages;
API changes;
security incidents;
force majeure or circumstances outside reasonable control.
15. Experimental functionality

Some features may be marked experimental, beta, preview or otherwise under active development.

Such functionality may change, fail or be removed without notice.

Users should not rely on experimental features as the sole storage location for critical information.

16. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to:

protect users or infrastructure;
investigate unauthorized activity;
comply with law;
prevent abuse;
respond to material violations of these Terms.

Where reasonably possible, users will be given an opportunity to resolve non-urgent violations.

17. Account deletion

You may delete your account using available account settings where supported.

If you are the sole owner of an organization, the Studio may require you to transfer ownership or remove the organization before deleting your account.

Data handling after deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

18. Intellectual property of the Studio

Except for user content and third-party or open-source components, the Studio interface, DAARION-specific software, branding and original materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Open-source components remain subject to their applicable open-source licenses.

Nothing in these Terms modifies the license terms of third-party open-source software.

19. No professional advice

Content generated or presented by AI features does not constitute legal, medical, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice.

Users should obtain qualified professional advice where appropriate.

20. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Studio is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

the Service will always be uninterrupted;
AI outputs will be accurate;
generated content will be unique;
third-party platforms will accept generated or published content;
external APIs will remain available;
all software will be free of defects.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from:

user-generated or AI-generated content;
publication decisions made by users;
external platform actions;
unauthorized use caused by compromised user credentials;
failures of third-party services;
loss resulting from use of experimental functionality.

Any limitation applies only where permitted by applicable law.

22. Changes to the Service or Terms

The Studio will continue to evolve.

We may modify functionality or these Terms where reasonably necessary.

If a change materially affects users' rights or obligations, we may require acceptance of updated Terms before continued use.

The current effective date will be displayed at the beginning of this document.

23. Governing law

Unless mandatory consumer or data-protection law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts determined under applicable law.

24. Privacy

Processing of personal information is described in the DAARION AI Media Studio Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in that Policy.
